Board mounting: Do not block the mounting bolts and make sure there have no lateral constraint. You do not have a lateral force to mount.
The spring should be adjusted to the weight of the driver but also has the mounting position of the damper.
We must measure the distance between the axis of the swing arm and the axis of lower attachment of the damper.
Distance = 100mm> 1000lbs spring up 70kg for driver and 1200lb beyond.
Distance = 130mm> 800lb spring for pilot 1000lbs up to 70kg and beyond.
